24hr Prescription Collection Locker

Simple, time saving and efficient - our 24hr Collection Locker Service means you can collect your prescriptions at any time that suits you.

This 24 hour locker collection service is perfect for those busy customers who find it inconvenient to access the pharmacy during normal opening times.

Your prescription is dispensed by the pharmacy team with the usual care and attention before being placed in the collection locker and at this point a text message is sent to the patient or their designated carer with a unique PIN advising that the medicines are dispensed and await collection from the locker.

The medicines can then be safely collected by entering the unique PIN on the lockers keypad at which point the medication bag will appear in the collection hatch.

You will still have full access to our pharmacy team during normal pharmacy opening times either by visiting in person or by telephone.
